ACE faculty and staff are available to present workshops to student groups and organizations on campus.
Please review the following guidelines before submitting a request:
- Advance notice: Workshop requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the requested workshop date. Requests submitted less than two weeks in advance may not be able to be accommodated. Requests for workshops outside of normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) may require additional advance notice and are subject to staff availability.
- Minimum attendance: ACE-requested workshops require a minimum of 5 confirmed participants to be scheduled. If fewer than 5 students are confirmed, we encourage you to check the ACE Workshop Calendar and encourage students to attend one of our regularly scheduled in-house workshops instead. This helps us use our faculty and staff time effectively while continuing to provide students with access to academic success resources.
